La Mia Aragosta is part of our Cerámica series, where each piece features a hand-made ceramic emblem with its own story and meaning. This one is named for the Italian for "my lobster" — a nod to the enduring (if mythical!) belief that lobsters mate for life, and to Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love born from the sea, long linked with sea creatures as symbols of love and romance.
